Use

Use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, lawfully. Don’t bypass purchase checks, interfere with its services, or copy or redistribute the game or its assets.

Data and availability

Scores and settings are stored locally and may be lost if you clear data or change devices. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability and may update Balance.

Ownership

Balance’s code and content remain ours.

Your rights

Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights or liability that can’t lawfully be excluded.
