This policy applies to Balance, a mobile game.

On your device

Balance has no accounts. Your high score and sound and haptic settings are stored on your device.

Crash reports

Balance uses Sentry to collect crash and error data, including device model, OS version, app version, and diagnostic details. Sentry’s default collection of personal information is disabled. SeeSentry’s privacy policy.

Legitimate interests (crash reports and support).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to processing, by emailing us. Because there are no accounts, we may need device details to find crash reports. Clearing Balance’s data deletes local data only. Some records may be kept where needed for law or disputes.

Children

Balance is not directed at children under 13.

Transfers

Providers may process data outside the EEA under adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes

We’ll update the effective date when this policy changes.
